Today we’ll take a look at Settlers Ridge. Don’t forget, Parade of Homes books are available at area Best Buy stores. There’s also an iPhone app available through the App Store.

Settler’s Ridge

Located in the Oklahoma City limits between Yukon and Mustang, just 10 minutes West of downtown, Settler’s Ridge successfully blends a small town atmosphere with big city living.  This community provides easy access to the entire metroplex and is only minutes from shopping, dining and the Integris Canadian Valley Hospital.  Settler’s Ridge is in the Yukon school district.

Settler’s Ridge is located north of Reno on Cemetary Road (Garth Brooks Blvd) in southwest Yukon.

Ponderosa Estates

Ponderosa Estates is a 160 acre gated community in N.W. Oklahoma City located on N.W. 122nd Street between Council and County Line Road.
